Ginger Cole-Leffel

Ginger Cole-Leffel serves as the Director of Professional Learning in Arlington ISD. She has had the privilege of leading two Title I elementary campuses as principal. Her service to education has also included roles as founding school leader, district ESL specialist, and teacher of students in grades 6 through 8, including Newcomers. In addition to working toward educational equity and excellence, Ginger enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and recharges through reading and yoga. The quote by which she aspires to guide her life is by Jose Marti: “Talent is a gift that brings with it an obligation to serve the world, and not ourselves, for it is not of our making.”
