Corey M. Jackson’s educational career, spanning 23 years, began as a middle school social studies teacher and evolved into key leadership roles, including Assistant Principal and Principal. His early experiences as a high school student, mentoring younger peers, ignited his passion for education and mentorship.
Corey’s career is highlighted by significant achievements in enhancing student proficiency in ELA and Math at two different elementary schools in Connecticut and Florida, elevating their school grades to a C and a high B, respectively.
In 2023, he took on a pivotal role as a Race and Equity Strategy Consultant with the RE-Center, sharing his insights and strategies for fostering equitable learning environments for BIPOC students.
